C I Cutter 20.5" Closed Cell Foam Planer
Ғылым және технология
The Closed Cell C I Cutter is built with precision machined aluminum parts and the highest quality bearings and power-head. It is designed to trim 2 lb. Closed Cell foam quickly and efficiently with no stud damage. The C I Cutter cuts smoothly and trims the wall cleanly the full width of the head. This allows for fast easy trimming of corners. By running the head directly on the studs it also uses its rotating head to feed itself up the wall. This minimizes the effort it takes to operate this trimmer if used properly.

Haha I machined all the parts for that cutter in a haas cnc. We make them for the company who u bought that machine from. Here in Idaho. It’s a good machine! First time I’ve seen my parts in action! I hope u love it!

Noticed the same thing when he touched it. Like the tool though. More messier then the saw blade I think

There are very good foams out there. An expensive brand that gives you good results is the Froth Pak brand. It’s worth about $400 for a total of 200ft. kit. It sticks perfectly to any surface, easy to use, and a large quantity that makes it much faster and higher quality than cheap Walmart foam cans

I saw that. Plus you don't have paper barrier when using this.
That’s badass lol
If it did bond, the machine's vibration took care of that. You don't need to fill the entire wall cavity with closed cell dude that's craziness and makes way more work for yourself
Another reason spray foam not worth the money didn't bond to sheathing and off gasses, and the mess not getting much better r value for the money
Try using one after idiot workers dull the shit out of them.
What a mess!
