this weekend sure packed in Petaling Street......last weekend before CNY!😅

姊妹麵档嘅客家麵好食，啲麵好脆，都食咗30年，以前啊婆好强壮，老虎都可以打死几只，每次有返马来西亚嘅话肯定会去食。姊妹麵档裏面有间烧鸭饭，亦有卖客家麵。烧鸭饭旁边就系啊细大炒同埋一间冲茶档，啲茶好饮。

以前只知道茨厂街的街头传統美食，却不知道不起眼的巷尾里另有洞天的隱藏美食，除了阿世大炒档。看来姐妹麵档的酿料不差給其他同行的，沒想到巷子里还有这么多年饼卖，而且花生角都即做的，以前我都是在街头买到。谢谢Nick的介紹 让我对茨厂街有更新的概念，下次我会走进这洞天慢慢探索美食。

是猪网油，不是猪油，猪肝被一个像蜘蛛网式的猪网裹着猪肝(猪润)如果是煎炸更香，很好吃，很少有人会做，不懂烹饪的人是不知道的。

其實只有我們廣東人才會聽到辛苦. 其他人完全聽不出他講不正. 算了吧, 現在怡保大把孩子不會講廣東話, 廣東話遲早絕種. 我就算在國中教書都堅持不講一句華語, 同事全部習慣了聽我講廣東話, 他們回答我華語啦, 哈哈.
