    "Good morning, General. I hope you're well rested because this couldn't have happened at a worse time. We thought Nod had finally disappeared off the map but two weeks ago, the Rocky Mountains Complex in Washington was raided by an army of what survivors claim to be cyborgs and had seized the Tacitus. Given its instability, we're not going to mount an operation to regain it.
