I still believe this is the most annoying mission of the entire C&C series.

Its hard mission i did this like 14 times in pro gen but in the hard mode their way 10 times harder

The old CD version I have gave you carpet bombing ability. The version sold on Origin (now EA App) took away the carpet bomb ability. Makes this mission A LOT tougher. Total meat grinder

if you had a chance to reach their base destroy their palace if it's they had no any left of this building they will not be able to build rocket buggies or scud launchers, GLA attacks in this mission in large groups of vehicles and they attack real fast while you are still preparing your base for the assault, the last statue located in the northern part of the map which is also in the GLA base is the hardest to reach because there is a village there and these buildings are garrisoned by rocket armed infantry GLA troops while they have many vehicles there on guard waiting for the player to approach it, the best here is that you capture the arms dealer in the eastern part of the map and use it to produce toxin tractors then use it to attack stingers sites to kill it's soldiers and the clear the garrisoned buildings that guard the last statue in the north

and he knows my past I hated GLA a lot but when I started playing GLA a lot with him and I ended up hating china

Splitting your force into an infantry rush going left and north and a vehicle push right is best. Leave a gat tank in camp to kill rebel ambush. This mission is a bit variable based on where the scuds go, you want them to target your vehicle section. If you place a few infantry in building the scud will target them while you destroy it. Use listening outposts to carefully advance and save the 2 southernmost statues until you are on 1 reputation- remember it counts down more slowly as it gets lower. The main thrust is to mass infantry rush the north west enemy base and capture as many buildings as you can. Garrison the dam to draw enemy fire and build some toxin tractors to clear buildings. Once you captured and taken over the north base build some more black markets and then more units to destroy the remaining forces. The first 5 mins of this mission are crucial and you need to trade good engagements with the scud launchers in order to win, so don’t be afraid to save scum. The mine drop and garrisoning buildings as distractions is very useful against them!!! Ideally this mission would give you more units (like the ECM!) or funds for every statue you destroy. It would certainly make it more balance. Think you could originally use the carpet bomb on this mission before it was patched out but they made it pretty crazily difficult instead. Can be done though, you can get more lucky with scud launchers some times and they don’t seem to make loads after you’ve gotten into their northern base!

I bought CnC Generals and Zero Hour Deluxe Edition pack when it was on sale a couple of years ago. I am on a mac and my CnC launcher version is 1.12 , so i have been trying to find out how to zoom out in my game, the patches i found out so far are not working with my version of the game. Please tell me if there is a way to fix this. Thanks

That guide for windows, but maybe you can try to adapt it on macos: Change the Gamedata.ini file which has a setting called "maxcameraheight" which allows you to change the camera height. The Gamedata.ini file is located in installdirectory\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\INI Editing the "Gamedata.ini" file, set maxcameraheight to something below 1000, 600 or 700 is good usually. Make also sure to set the resolution in this file to the resolution of your screen. Wide screen resolutions like 1600x900 or 1920x1080 are possible. If you haven't done this yet: set this resolution also in the "options.ini" file which is located at username\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data Make sure to do not change the options in-game because it will screw up this changes! Look me lots of try’s. Finally finished it. The last tower statue on the Top of the map is the hardest to get to when you lose lots of your units and need to rebuild just in time to attack. Hardest mission in the game.

I hate this mission I even lost that mission, I even have a video that I finally managed to pass but it was luck, it's almost impossible to pass this mission

I completed this mission by clearing the GLA completely until all the statues were destroyed. But even with the GLA completely destroyed, the mission didn't end

ı tried patch 1.06 first time and now ı will crush them :D ı builded my base too loose because of scud storms but there ıs no superweapon threat ı thınk edit: there is no win situation in hard with 1.6 balance patch. aı plays lıke cheat and spamming scud launchers. we have no overlord or ınferno connons also hackers. whıch noob made this 1.06 balance patch ??

But I won this by spamming Red Guards only and using other troops

china needed buff for a long time this game is very unbalanced, GLA and USA are superior to china in many aspects not to mention that it has a very lousy economy the units are very expensive and bad and the funny thing they tell me that I am crazy for saying that china You need Buff if you don't watch the multiplayer almost no one is Chinese and if they use it it's a pity

The Chinese faction sucks, the tanks are rubbish, the dragon is pretty bad, it has almost no range, you have to use the mobile military posts but their detection radius is very poor, they don't even have a good air force, they don't have fast units.

You're only partially correct. A swarm of mammoth tanks with towers and turrets on them are borderline unstoppable minus super long range weapons and super weapons.

This isn't hard level,the IO declines faster in the hard core
