Hugging is a very American way to show affection and Jessi is still very much American. Normalizing hugging in Korea would disrupt the skinship hierarchy wouldn't it? LOL. I mean, first there's grabbing the wrist, then hug, then hand holding, then kiss, then back-hug.... right? I get why hugging can cause a bit of confusion, especially when the culture is soooo super conservative and medieval.

I really love mijoo and Jessi's relationship. It's very wholesome
