Glad that some people still remember that BIGBANG also contributed to this. They brought a lot to YG and literally made YG from the beginning.

The fact is HYBE's building is at least 5~8 times more expensive regarding the location and its size of the building. However, I heard that HYBE building is rental, they dont own the office.

I feel like YG cafeteria is really great because they always said this even before… I really like homecook food vs the fancy restaurant one… for me nothing beats it

The building was made with bigbang, 2ne1, akmu money guys!! The construction started in 2017! Blackpink couldn't be part of the financial aspect back then. The plans were finalized in 2013! Even Bobby said soo when he did tour in kingdom.. he might have financed some toilets😂 he said.

Not contradicting you but I feel in construction not all the payment is given before the construction completed in some cases the construction is done but the money still not paid and paid even after 2 years or 3 years later we can't say much as we don't know exact thing😊

yg got some good food in there cafeteria plus they pay their artist well and don't like to overwork their artist i just wished they would gie their artist free reign on music and more projects but one thing that will forever my favorite is yg helps the community for the longest doing charity's and helps kids and mre on their foundation they are the only kpop company that helps more on the community all can look it up yg charities and donation

ive seen forum for workers that works at each of company sm jype hybe and yg. their workers like their own company (yg) its just that their higher ups usually tend to be very traditional with their decisions unlike any the others who always keep on join new trend in kpop

Nope. You should do your research. YG already earned enough to build the building due to Psy, Bigbang, 2ne1, Ikon and Winner. BP debuted August 2016 and their career take off globally on year 2018. YG building was designed by Dutch architectural practice UNStudio, the building has been eight years in the making. Construction first began in 2017, and was completed 2020. The nine-storey building, with five additional floors underground, is located right beside the company’s previous headquarters. With BP rising global popularity...they also help on the construction but not theirs alone. Don't discredit other artists, actors, employees and mgmt. who helped in shaping what YG is today. The world doesn't revolve around BP. Have some shame and do fact checking. Besides, entertainment is not the only business they have. They are also involve in music production, distribution and merchandising. I am so done with people like you who creates issues just to let your faves be on the top. Everyone contributed and we should not forget about it.

1st YG building was built by BIGBANG, but the new YG building was built by BB, 2NE1, Lee Hi, AkMu, Psy, WINNER, iKon, and Epik High. The there’s YG Kplus, and YG Academy. All successful ventures before BP.

Meaning the project was planned even when BP are not formed formally - approvals designs budgeting alloted were already in the works DURING their rookie days. It took years as well to finish it. Why downplay the other artists everytime just to be 👸🏻? Be humble enough - it is not in Korean’s fashion nor YG artists to brag about it but why keep on putting girls on high horse everytime - and get worked up when given with considerable facts?
