Yes it's an Air Force Reserve Command C-17 from March. It took off from the joint forces training base in Los Alamitos for the fly by and landed there afterwards. Today it took off to do a fly over of the Long Beach Grand Prix before heading back to Riverside

+Christopher Harkins March Air Reserve Base is actually near Perris, Moreno Vally, and Riverside. Personally I consider it part of Perris idk why

I recently filmed a C-17 flying over my house, but there was no noise from it somehow.

I think I saw it landing at Chino airport yesterday !

No it landed in Los Alamitos after the fly by. It left today for a flyover of the Long Beach Grand Prix before heading back to Riverside. Maybe you saw a different C-17

+Red 5 yeah and plus as far as I see most C-17's go to Los Alamitos, some go to March.

The C-5 is going to be slowly replace by the C-17?
