Baron. Pretty much protected title. You cant just (in a foreign country) put a Baron in prison, or attack him without creating political upheavel (upheavel ? I watched this entire thing through. I prefer reading historical non-fiction about people like Byron than watching movies like this. Contrary to the belief this thing upholds that Byron was a sexy, mysterious lord, he was in fact sick often and very pale. He also got so fat that he tried to sweat off his excess fat by wearing extra clothing. Not a sexy enough fact for the movie, I guess.

Here in this movie the Albanian language is heard spoken and sung at the backround from Min 1:35 to 2:04. Souliotes were Arvanites/ Albanians and not Greeks. Do some research.

@Macedonia is Greece!!! let people live in harmony. i don't know what age you have but even this name you add on KZread chanel is not right. hate does not take you anywhere .I been in grecce myself and i have and people who are living in there it is a shame what politics have caused to people.i meet an 94 old man there i repaired his house,he and his wife where cooking me food every day and one day i asked him why he was so nice to me ? And he replayed: cos back in the time when we where at war grecce finish all it reserve food and albania send lorrys full of grain and corns to feed us. I will never forget his speech it was a good man

All these offended comments about Albanians and Greeks... How do they know the song is Albanian? Or Greek? Europe is such a mixture off contributions of many people! And I don’t say nations! The fany thing is that greeks still to day dont accept the fact that the magority of people that fighted for greek indipendence were Albanian (Arvanitas and suljotis ), and to day greeks claim that they were greeks not albanians and they culture, songs and langueg were greek hahhahaha this is why are angry Albanians. Vito Scaletta777 Lmao if all the warriors who fought in the Greek war of independence were “Albanians” as you say then why did they fight against Albanians and why did they only speak Greek and not Albanian? All the Greek warriors in the Greek war of independence were Greeks. Only 2 fighters were Arvanites (Bouboulina and Miaoulis) but Arvanites hate Albanians and consider you traitors and cowards.
