I first heard of Katie in 2008 at a retreat with Victoria Boutenko and TOm Compton. It was truly transformative. I also practiced it with EFT emotional freedom technique. I always return to these tools when I need help getting through something.

unfortunately this is the best i could do as these are from old tape recordings that got digitized. maybe try listening to them with a headphone, i found that helpful with the quite ones xx

i have downloaded those from a website that is no longer there, that's why i decided to put them all up onto youtube. not realizing that youtube can remove them, after uploading them i unfortunately deleted them from my laptop :(
