Nick has joined a cool, new company that allows him to work from literally anywhere. Without blinking for a moment, Nick has chosen Goa as his workplace.
But in Goa, he stumbles upon someone who steals his gaze - Karishma.
A week passes where Nick just hopelessly follows her to the Museum of Goa. Fed up by this, Siddharth decides to give Nick a push and readies him to go and have a at least basic conversation with her.
Nick soon learns she is local and that he decides to turn Goan in order to impress her in a way she will like and understand the most.
Siddharth - Nick’s mentor in this mission helps him in various ways to transform a Dombivlikar Nick into a Goan Patrao.
Nick puts all his life and efforts into this difficult learning. From learning Konkani to eating fish, he does it all.
All his efforts go down the drain when he gets the ultimate twist.
No, it’s not Siddharth. And no, Karishma doesn’t have a boyfriend. It’s something else!

Konkani language is too sweet to hear. I enjoyed a lot ; Aani ho "Dev saglanche bare karo " 💖🤗 Jai Maharashtra 🚩🚩
Being a goan this make me really happy as cultural appropriation should be encouraged as I believe it brings us all together, many people think that Goa is all about cheap drinks, beaches, and many wrong things have been shown in movies too like drug dealers and stuff which is miles away from the truth, people don't research deep about our culture, it's really beautiful once you get to know it, it's about the people, the destinations, the history, the language, the cuisine and the arts.

It's easy for Maharashtrians to understand and speak Konkani as Marathi and Konkani are two beautiful sister languages which are a part of Indo-Aryan family including Hindi , Gujarati , Bengali and Punjabi. I have many Marathi friends who speak Konkani with me and I speak Marathi with them too.
