I have a question to ask. How is Road tax calculated in Tamil Nadu for vehicles? Let's Say, two-wheelers for example: 10% applicable on ex-showroom price of two-wheelers less than 1 lakh (12% if the price exceeds 1 lakh) But Ex-showroom price of the vehicle is inclusive of GST charges, which is 28% for engine capacity 350cc). How can the RTO'S OF TAMIL NADU charge Road Tax on EX-SHOWROOM Price (already GST is applied on the vehicle cost) wouldn't it be DOUBLE TAXATION (Which is against the Constitution)? Why is the Government Looting the people's money through double Taxation? Please pin my comment. I need an expert opinion.

Glass top version not safe during accidents, especially during vehicle topping as it will cause serious damage and impact on passengers.

Think before buying. A phone can hang, but think, what if a car does, software standards and testing are important for safety. Chinese standard is not fully qualified with international safety standards, as you know.

You can buy a cheap phone but not a cheap car which risks your life. Also, life insurance would not cover when accidents happen with non safety devices. Be wise. You know, now a days cars are not mechanically controlled. Everything is a stream of bits from accelerator to break via CAN, LIN, and flexray. If standards are not followed, there will be risks. Always certification from standard organization matters.
