I loved this video, especially the part were you discuss the fights in mob psycho. It is also interesting the fact that Mob and Saitama, even if they are both op, they are the complete opposite one another. Mob has too many emotions and cannot control them, wherease Saitama has literally no emotions. Mob’s goal is to live a normal life, wherease Saitama’s goal si to have the most intense experience ever so that he can enjoy his life again.

What I think is interesting is that it's played off like Zeppeli didn't unlock Speedwagon's Hamon ability. What if he did, but a different way, a way that would let Speedwagon fulfill a support role that was necessary and deep down what he really wanted without him realizing it. It would explain how the hell he survived lost in the desert, found oil, and survived what happened with Santana & Straizo...

ONE is an amazing mangaka when it comes to overpowered characters. This proves it since the examples of the best OP characters Nux is using are both his works

Guts is OP as h-e double hockey sticks and I’m really inspired by his ability to constantly fight against his likely reality. No matter the issue or the problem he faces he fights on. Lord Twigo is OP too and his ability to control his INSANE POWER amongst these weaklings is something we can all learn from. His restraint is equal to the Buddha’s.

Just because he is done right doesn't mean he needs to be in the video. Clearly nux didn't want spend an hour dissecting the nuances of Lord Twigo sama's character, he wanted to give some love to some less well recognized characters.

If mob was bald he would literally just be the psychic version of saitama.

Nicholas Adcock Saitama doesn’t actually struggle with social cues and friendships but rather he suffers a type depression and dissatisfaction with life because he can’t find a challenge while with Mob he has a lot of internal problems with himself and how he effects those in his life and how to forgive himself (this is actually a huge arch in the story! Where all the people that hurt and almost kill him he constantly forgives while he can’t forgive himself for an accident that happened when he was young.) so real key differences between the characters and the narrative is while one story story a character does mention self improvement but is about the lost of thrill in the protagonists life and how he deals with it while in the other is a character who feels out of place and tries to integrate and be apart of Something by improving himself and accepting even the worst parts of himself.

Well character like Saitama and Mob are really a good way to have your cake and eating it too. In every shonen anime the most exciting part are often the cinetic fight scene with gorgeous visuals and skilled fighters going at it like madmen, by writting that kind of character that kind of scene can happen in any given episode and feel right while proposing themes which are more subtle than your usual shonen anime. One found a great way of writing wich manage to combine all the strengths of the genre and correct a lot of the flaws often found in that kind of media and he did it twice, that's something really even the fact that he manage to get noticed mostly on the merit of his out there idea and writing is also impressive itself. Thanks for the video and keep it fresh.

It may sound strange, but I just happened to watch _Mob Psycho 100_ in a difficult time in my life. It helped me to reconsider and finally change my career plans. I came to terms with the decision to quit uni and start over in a different industry. I've applied to the new place successfully, got the free spot and I'll start the apprenticeship/schooling this summer. I'm really looking forward to this big change! :)

I was thinking Mobs thematic weakness is his lack of presence/character from the eyes of everyone as that is what he’s trying to work on.
