    There are tons of court cases nowadays about songs copying from other songs, and at almost ALL of the trials, Bach is used to show that the thing the prosecutor is claiming is their own is in fact not. That should give you an even greater idea of what how much he wrote (source: Adam Neely)

    You are correct sir. When all the composers are in their "Composers Room" up in heaven, and Bach walks in, they all stand and take off their hats. And not just because of his apparent limitless skill, but because he said it all, before all others said anything.

    Did you upload this piece before by chance? I remember hearing the 3rd movement with similar organ tone, but at a slower speed, I used to love that performance but can't find it again

    Esta pieza me encanto desde el momento que la conocí. Inspiro grandemente una composición que hice para un trabajo en la universidad, y vaya que me gustó el resultado.     I must say, the attack on this organ sounds incredibly satisfying. Sounds as if the pipes have been voiced with open toes. Probably have been, can't complain.

    I assume the instrument used was an organ right? Love the timbre and harmonics of the instrument. Even though the lines are like less than an octave apart on some parts you can feel the independence of each voice and how they complement each other. Wonderful piece, honestly

    I remember listening to this piece performed on the harpsichord by none other than Karl Richter. It does have a rather simple base, mostly pedal points, really, so I guess it works equally well on the harpsichord. Yikes, the soprano line of the third movement is OVERWHELMING and GROSSLY OUT OF PROPORTION. An awful choice of color, IMHO.
