In the first part, you will see how I start the restoration of the Russian Star shotgun.
The gun was made in 1963. Wood parts have seen their best days and bluing of metal parts has worn off.
This part contains disassembly of the gun, varnish removal and sanding of the wood parts.
In the next part, that will be published later, you will see the application of colourant and oiling of wood parts and the final result.
