AC adapter for North America and the Caribbean ! That includes not only the USA and Canada but also Mexico , Cuba , Dominican Republic , Puerto Rico and the USA Virgin Islands . We also watch your videos , remember ?

Thank you for your info, but when we asked any companies if they support other countries they indicated its called North and South American and most of the places do use different power plug.

@@xctechs Yes I know , but the countries that I mentioned ALL of them use the same Plug and voltage as the USA and Canada and I have been in all of them, so I know for experience. So you can mention these countries with confidence that they use the same power and plug that you use. And they watch your videos too ! :)

I always suggest 128GB MAX Class 10.

I have no sound since I updated my buzz tv box, how do I get the sound back on?

first reboot it, see if the sound comes on, if didn't help contact buzztv support.

Bought it when it first came out. Bluetooth doesn't turn off even though it says it does. Radio frequency meter picks up wireless radiation which I couldn't have in house because of interference with health stuff. E2 needs software update for bluetooth to turn off especially when the remote is infrared!

The E2 you can turn off Bluetooth, but i believe you are looking at WIFI radiation they are very similar. if you turn off WIFI and Bluetooth then check your Radiation. these issues are not something, these guys can help. remember that how much the unit cost, what type of chips they are using, and limitation through Google Firmware and all working together. if you are having health issues from Bluetooth, do not use these type of box or just use LAN line only and not WIFI or Bluetooth. The Sensitivity are the same.

@@xctechs What I'm trying to say is that I've turned off both WiFi and Bluetooth settings on the box. The WiFi signal does infact turn off and confirmed by my emf meter. The Bluetooth signal infact remains on even after turning it off in the box settings. I suspect it has to do with it having the same software that other models with Bluetooth remotes use in which bluetooth cannot be turned off else you lose function. I have IR remote model and the software should be tweeked to reflect that.

@@Nikolak44_AJ_Epic If you continue to have issues, I would send it back. I've had a few Buzz devices, and they do come with their issues. The Vidstick I would never buy again. The 4900 even has some issues. The xrs 4500 works better than the 4900 even though the 4900 is much faster and more powerful, and their support is not always on point. Since they seem to think nothing can go wrong with them.

Did you test AV1 video codec? (aka "av01") I noticed in the part of the video where you showed Codecs that this new box has the Google software decoder for AV1 now; this may be the first TV box that I've seen have that software decoder added. Would be nice to know what level it can software decode AV1 up-to 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 4k with this low powered chipset. *note* OMX.amlogic = hardware decoders & OMX.google = software decoders

I do not have to test any av01 codec, since under AIDA64 i have shown which codecs are part of S905X3 chipset and av01 is not one of them, I know the AV1 codec shows up but it will only works if you are certified Android TV device this box is using stock firmware. so its useless to play a video on av1 and then say it is not working.

I like the intro video BUT here is no volume is there a setting to allow for sound with the startup video

You need to talk to your provider to fix your sound delay issues. It has nothing to do with buzztv 5 app. That delay you have is through servers.
