At 0:38 these are Jackson Friends -The girl with bublegum Kylie -The boy Vans shirt is Bradley -The headband dude is Christian Kryle and Bradley are from "Y u gotta be like that" and Christian is from " Im so tired". Also Charlotte was Heather childhood friend, she moved away because her father was going around places or so.
