People often believe that the bees we take out of buildings are a asset and we are capable of producing honey from them.
Nothing could be further from the truth, they will almost always never produce honey in their first year. Often failing to be constructive in their second year as well.
They need care and attention.
So we keep bees ourselves, we buy them in and look for bees that have been proven to have a good temperament and can produce wax and honey.
