This episode was awesome for so many reasons ❤🎉

The sky dancers I loved them so much that my sister and I went into a toy store right before Christmas one year at the height of their popularity, and there were rows of them in every design. We beelined for them, and of course, we immediately spun them up. Then, we watched in horror as they both came down in all of their high-speed spinning glory directly into the stroller of a sound asleep baby-like a direct hit in the face of this precious, beautiful, happily cosy, slumbering baby. We were mortified, to say the least. No, we did not find it funny in the least, nor were we aiming for the child; in fact, the baby was in the next aisle over, and we had no idea the baby was even there. The baby was totally unharmed, thankfully, but the mother was justifiably pissed, mostly because at the time, my sister and I were in our early 20s, and all of the other kids in the store were, ironically enough, following all of the store rules and being perfect angels. Us grownups, however, got so ridiculously overly excited about these awesome toys that we left reality, went into our own little magical world, and did not see the sign in big red letters that clearly stated, PLEASE DO NOT RELEASE THE SPINNING DANCERS INSIDE THE STORE. For the very reason mentioned above, they can come down and crash into small children. Being an adult around Christmas time is not only difficult, but it's really unfair, especially when the toy companies come out with AWESOME toys! The excitement got the best of us. I admit; it's Christmas time; you're high on numerous and assorted Starbucks coffees with multiple shots in each and sugared Xmas treats o' plenty; you're jetlagged beyond comprehension; there are bright, sparkly, new, beautiful rows of Sky Dancers right in front of you that you never had as a kid! It's cruel, I tell you, CRUEL! You lose your mind for a tick! It happens. Normally to children rather than grown adults, granted. But it's not our fault; that toy was AMAZING! FYI: The baby was so bundled up in soft, fluffy blankets that she was not even nicked, thankfully. She didn't even wake up. (Don't judge unless you are flawless and can prove it.) Can you still find them? ☺️🧚🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♂️💗💗

The best thing about caboodles were they were like slumber parties in a box. We’d pack up our cover girl powder compact, our crimper, and butterfly clips and you were ready to go.

Love this episode! Brought back so many good memories. I actually kept some of my childhood toys so this made me so happy to see how excited they all were. Would love to see more of these videos!

I received a "just like you" American Girl doll as a gift as a child. They were ones you could customize to have whatever features the child wanted. My grandma decided to make mine look like me and it scared the absolute nonsense out of my dad lol. I couldn't leave her out at night because it would startle him when he'd come in to check on us before bed 😅

Love how they changed the format to where they don't reread the review when opening. Makes it even better than it was!

I had Kirstin and my best friend had Samantha. We both still have them actually. I also had what was called a Magic Attic doll. They were similar but much less known than American girl. I loved the sky dancers!!! I had the chokers, lip smackers and a Barbie jeep when I was a kid. The butterfly clips to. So much nostalgia!!!

I had that exact Baby Spice doll when I was a kid. Lego came out with a Spice Girls Brick Heads set a few years ago and I got it at my local Lego Store in my local mall for $30. I was a big Spice Girls fan as a kid as well as Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys. Growing up in the 90s and 00s was so much different than how things are now. You kids and teenagers are lucky now since you have Wi-Fi. Who else as a Millennial remembers having dial-up internet? It was the worst! However, I had a bunch of Barbie computer games that I played constantly when I wasn't able to.
