It's such a simple solution to a simple "problem". And makeup isn't meant to be "natural" in this day and age. Makeup is now about expression, and a form of artistry. And for a lot of women, wearing glam makeup makes them feel more put together (which doesn't mean they don't feel put together without it). How about, instead of getting mad at women who choose to wear a certain amount of makeup, you mind your own fucking business? Women who choose to wear a lot of makeup doesn't affect you or your life in any way, shape or form (unless you allow it to).
