Do you mean that just 1 year of experience in Canada in a managerial experience gives 200 points under CEC class ?

Points for gaining Canadian work experience is different. A valid job offer supported by an LMIA could get you more CRS points which can be 50 or 200 depending on your position. Some LMIA-exempt jobs also count towards job offer points if the work permit was issued under an international agreement or Federal-Provincial-Territorial agreement or certain other cases. If the work permit is LMIA-exempt for any other reason, then the employer still needs to get an LMIA to improve the chances of being invited to apply.

I have a small clarification as i said from my earlier comment my sons pswp gets over by julyend but he has trv till 2026 june. Can he be here or leave the country once his pswp gets expired. Hi, thank you so much for watching my videos :) your son should stop working as soon as his PGWP expires. I assume the TRV you mentioned is Visitor visa. If he would like to continue to stay in the country as a visitor, he should apply to change his status from international student to a visitor. After submitting the application, he will be issued a visitor record. The validity of that will purely depend on the officer processing the application. More info on how and when to apply, validity etc here: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/extend-stay.html If you would like to avoid any confusions, it is better to leave the country and re-enter on a separate visa.

You can’t get job if you come in visitors visa. Don’t waste your hard earned money to brokers.
