I was on the fence about Pagani but I think you convinced me. It's got much more good points than bad.

For sure. I'm still a sceptic with some models but not this one.

liked and subscribed. my first seiko was bought for about 8 bucks while i served in westpac. wish i still had it--it would be about fifty years old now-and probably still running. with pagani, we may be seeing the birth of a new mega brand of the future.

Of all the aliexpress brands I feel like San Martin, Escapement Time and Pagani stand out.

The bracelet has some flaws though. 1. The provided screwdriver to shorten it is too big for the screws. 2. The micro-adjust springbar is a non-removable one that doens't have the "shoulders" to grab with the springbar tool.

Just got this for 70 dollars. They have corrected the dimensions of the hands (they were too short). Amazing value.

Its a great watch, I have sliver and blue dial versions.

I love Pagani Design. I don't have this one but it is on my radar. I have the PD-1690 (Oyster Perpetual homage) modded with Mercedes hands. I love this watch, and the modded hands work very well with the lume on the dial. I have never had trouble reading this watch at night, and I don't charge it beyond wearing it throughout the day. I have 5 Pagani Design watches and I may add this one to give me a more formal looking piece.

Just received my watch, it looks so much better in person.

@@realeyesrealizereallies99 not at all, im a large man with a 7 and half in wrist. It keeps time very well and the two tone has been complimented quite often. I'm very pleased. I also bought the PD Batman and that also is a great watch.

pagani design watches are generally good, i just really wished they would use bgw9 and up their WR for their divers(submariner one) and maybe make a 38mm ver for this datejust. Unfortunate for me most of their watches r 41mm >

Yeah its pretty reflective.

In my neck of the woods, this is the same prize as a Seiko 5. So price vs quality is well justified.

I just got mine,and im really surprised about the Price - Quality ratio.

They should makes some hommage Breitling watches , that would be nice.

wouldn´t say Pagani is hyped. It´s an alternative for interested people dont want to spend a few tousand into a watch or to try a type of really overhyped watch before they buy it. Personally own a few Pagani. What you get is definitely worth the 70-120 Euro depending on what type of homages you´re interested. Also they increase the overall quality in 2021 a little bit. I`m really satisfied of my latest 2021 models. Even if the movements are not chronometer like they work without any problem in daily use - no worries about to get stolen or destroyed by an accident at work.

No es una falla, simplemente el reloj no sabe cuando son las 12 del día o las 12 de la noche, la solucion es adelantar el reloj en 12 horas o atrasarlo lo que quieras y después ajustar la fecha, por defecto a mi me paso lo mismo pues viene de China

Like their watches but Just too large for pagani design watches. Prefer watch under 40mm. And the fluted bezel Kind of weird. Too sloping. Shld have more straight.

I get it but it's just mimicking the design of the datejust 41 which is a touch oversized and has a sloping bezel.

The real Datejust has the same bezel. This is almost an exact clone. You either like the Rolex style or you don't.

@@scdevon I think he is right though. Are the dimensions really a 1:1 with the gen? Cause I absolutely love the DJ 41 and am forcing myself to fall in love with the Pagani so I can pull the trigger but every single photo and video I've seen of it makes the bezel look too big and too weird and just doesn't seem right. The end links are also too big compared to the gen but I can live with that. Maybe Hammond can confirm the two really are identical if he has had both in his hands?

The bracelets on Aliexpress watches - don't even bother. One thing name brands have over Aliexpress brands is that it's easy to find very good watchmakers to service them. So that them to last up to 8-10 years ( might be cheaper & less embarrassing buying that name brand).

I'm 10000% a believer in brand, as well as quality and longevity of products, especially with watches. That said, I think your comment makes you look a tad foolish. The Seiko NH/4R movement that powers this watch would be replaced instead of serviced by 99% of watchmakers. If it was serviced, the cost would be roughly the same no mater where you went as any competent watchmaker could handle the job. Very good watchmakers aren't doing entry level/lower end Seiko services and you wouldn't use them because you have to pay a premium for great service work. Is Seiko's entire sub-$500 lineup worthless because they use the same movement AND some inferior materials (crystal)? Screw links, milled clasp, solid endlinks. Its clear you have never personally handled this watch and/or many its countless competitors sub $200. aliepress isn't a watch brand and the quality varies drastically from manufacturer to manufacturer. You wouldn't lump all the watches available on amazon together to illustrate similarities in quality. Being embarrassed by your watch brand is a personal thing. Muhammed Ali didn't look feminine wearing a small cartier tank, Bill Gates doesn't look cheap wearing a casio duro. Will Smith and Derek Jeter dont look foolish wearing movados. The longer you stay n the hobby the more you realize you should buy what you like because nobody cares what's on your wrist.

Pagani Design needs to change their logo. I love PD, but their logo is a real turn off for me. Even so, I own 3 Paganis, I think they offer a lof for what you pay for them.
