Nice content sir julius.. pero mas prefer ko bili ng gold na 1 gram bullion bar pataas instead of 0.1 gram na golf leaf. Kasi minsan binbayaran pa ung labor cost. So mas maganda bili na ng mas higher grams. Para isang labor cost nalang.

Tama.. yung gold ring ko na 24k na nasa 18.75 grams nabili ko dati 30k lang.. ngayon pag binenta o sangla ko 60k na.. almost 6 years nadin na suot ko ❤❤

Pero ang Gold mo na 100 pesos mo Nabili, maintained its value. Yung gold mo is 1000 pesos na ang value, same 1000 pesos na makakabili ng grocery na worth 100 pesos 10 years ago. Gold is NOT an investment, parang savings xa na tumataas/sumasabay sa inflation. And for diamonds, guys, there are other precious stones better than diamonds. Pero Kung magkagipitan, easiest to liquidate or ibenta is silver and gold. Hindi bars,usually gram or oz. Sa walang malaking Pera, buy silver coins. 99%.
