If you have cali you need to go through a flu and they will ship it to any gun store in California that you tell them about and they charge way more and you have to wait a month to get it

Yeah but only by ffl dealers that are there the private sales sellers be taxing like 200 over market price

@Mario Romero you can buy any gun from a private seller but you do have to be 18 in Ohio I don’t know about other states so if you live in Ohio you can buy and gun from a private seller from handgun to ar pistol to ar15 and even a Barret 50 cal you just have to be 18 and up and there is no paperwork

Both it depends on the dealer tbh, i remember i bought a AR-15 at 19 years old & he took a picture of my ID and wrote down my name. Had another dealer not even ask for nothing just the cash for a pistol at the age of 20 lol so yeah it just depends on the dealer

This dude had a tactical light rubber banded to a BB gun... You know you were holding the actual gun backwards right? Also a 19x runs about 600$ new from a licensed dealer. I wonder if you paid an extra 120$ to not need a background check.

Yes but sometimes the people in there will be like oh you have to be 21 that’s not true because state laws say you can buy or have a gun but can’t purchase from a ffl dealer tell them that and see what they say if they say no

No because when you buy you Don’t have to have one but if you were to sell one then get a Billis sale because if somebody commit a crime with that then you won’t be held responsible but if you want one you can ask the person to make one or you can make one and give it to them and also you don’t have to register your guns if you don’t want to

Good video but I got a question and I want to make sure: Can you actually buy a pistol from a private dealer at 18 in a gun show? What are the requirements to enter a gun show? I just want to know so I won't break any laws. I think if you are old enough to buy a pistol through a private dealer you could show you have a CCW permit to make them more willing to just sell it to you since you already got a background check right? Back to my question: Can you be 18 to buy a pistol from a private dealer at a gun show? Are you typically asked for ID's from private sellers?

i bought a bersa 9mm at a gun show from a private dealer he didn't ask for id & im 20 years old so basically it all depends what kind of dealer the dealer is, usually the ones who never ask for documents stuff like that are the older private sellers
