Long Beach, New York is a barrier island just south of Queens, known for quick access to New York City and a storied surfing culture. Which is exactly what’s inspired Long Beach native and avid surfer Cliff and his girlfriend Jenny to buy back home. The couple is looking for a home that offers space to host friends, a yard for their dog Noodles, and ample storage for Cliff’s surfboards. Will it be an income property with an outdoor shower, a traditional family home with a jacuzzi and a wood-burning fireplace, or a maintenance-free townhome with ocean views?

They really need to make sure that the house is not so easily identifiable now that they let the public know they're valuable French Bulldog is roaming around outside for someone to steal it . I cannot believe how expensive those dogs are when I saw something in the news recently . I hope they will protect that little dog so that she will always be safe and that they take measures so that nobody can just get in their gate

The house they chose is easily one of the cheaper ones in the neighborhood. Theyre just figuring out how to spend their/his(lol) money. the price average of homes in Long Beach, NY are $1M+
