    You could always put a cover on your keys with a discrete bluetooth that alerts you when it's left the range of the house.

    How do you start the special events writer? Can you be more specific? I'm having the same problem with getting insurance for a rental property because my main home is not insured by them?

    Hi Jennifer Princess. You should do it. Just make sure that you have someone who knows Airbnb. It will be Challenging in making sure that your property is giving you passive income. I knew a guy who helped and held my hand all through the process, and he makes sure that this will turn out as I expected. And the good thing about it is I didn't own the property at all.     Glenn it depends on where you are and where the property is plus local city ordinances, deed restrictions, zoning laws, HOA terms, etc. it will take research on your part. no youtuber is going to be able to answer all the specifics of your situation for you.

    Unfortunately this info is out of date. The city of Austin is no longer issuing Type 2 licenses and plans to revoke all existing Type 2 licenses in 2020.

    cspt2 there’s been a couple studies done that found STR disturbances are very minimal and it actually helps the local economy a great deal 👍
