After selling my never finished 1958 Chevy project, I have a lot of space empty in my shop. With my new 4runner not being the best at hauling, I began looking for a truck. Had given up and a week later this gem fell into my lap. Original 1 owner clean truck, just needed some love to get it back to a daily status.
And yes, before you hate and jump me in the comments, GM did actually make 1500HD trucks. Its not some made up unicorn. From 2000 to 06 I think they offered them. Only available with the 6.0 gas engine as the duramax was quite a bit bigger and required the deeper chassis of the 2500. This truck has only a slightly less towing capacity that the 2500.
