There’s ALOT more to this then being said. You will need a perc test for a septic a well for your water etc. If you don’t plan on building a home get a nice doublewide. If you do plan on building a home what are you going to do with the trailer ( tear it down, rent it out, etc ). Do this when your young so when you pay off your land you have collateral to build your home. Also you can buy a piece of land anytime, even if you need to live with your parents etc. and start paying on it adding extra to the principal to pay it off faster

Might be better to buy a large 5th wheel or trailer as your house is being built on that land . What state and property taxes ? If you buy a house in some states the older house the less the property taxes .
