Really informative content. love it ❤ Small request. Better if you can share the monthly premium for the loan when you buy a house. As you said in the example for a $700,000 house the down payment would be at least $70,000. Please share the monthly premium for that same example just take an idea. And any other related expenses which occurs only when you buy a house rather than renting one. Thank you.

It’s is around $4300 monthly if you fixed your loan to 1 year for 30yr term. This is subject to low equity premium. There are other expenses such as lawyer fee, external building inspection cost, etc etc, we are intending do more videos on house buying in future.
