I'm looking for new condo in BGC, the Park Triangle is good and expensive~, but only facing west unit left. Does it mean all day sunshine and hot? I'm so worry about this. May I have your suggestion?Thank you!

Hello, it really depends on you. Just keep in mind that east facing units have morning sun, west facing units will have sunlight from 12 noon until sundown. So if you are in your unit during the day, most likely you will need to run your air-condition unit more. I have south and north facing units, so on most days, even in June, July, August, I only need to use my air-condition for a couple of hours.

I bought a condo near you. It is in Mandaluyong Greenfield district. I think you have some great ideas. It's called Twin Oaks. I bought it because of the area and the quality of the building is also nice.

It's great to hear that you bought a condo in the Greenfield district. This is a very nice area, and will continue to grow. I also own a unit at Fame Residences, also located in Greenfield District. Good Luck with your nice condo living :)

I bought my condo in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This area is centrally located with easy access to anywhere in Metro-Manila.

Sorry for that. I have lived here in the Philippines for 15 years now, so it is really just a habit. However, to simplify for the moment, $20,000USD is approximately php1,000,000 however this will depend on where the dollar and peso are on any given month.
