I have this car HEV over a year now 19000 km. Absolutely the best car I have had. Fuelconsumption average 1l :16 km include driving with a caravan 3 weeks. Luxery and comfort during long hours driving. Space all around. Greetings from The Netherlands.

Nice father and son review; ordered mine in the same color. (Penta Metal). And thanks for mentioning the tire/alloys; hadn't thought about that one, but very handy indeed.

​@@carreviewclub Nice, looking forward to it! P.S. I decided to go for a "chrome delete", so every chrome element on the car is black including the KIA logo. Also these 18 inch rims are kind of greyish, so I also asked the dealer to powder coat them in black. It looks a bit sportier and I personally like it. If you want to know how those black rims would look like; these guys have done the same: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qKmpw66FhpPOdKQ.html If you want example pictures of the penta metal grey with chrome delete; let me know and i'll send them your way. My KIA is expected to arrive in January 2023...hope it's not delayed :)

Had one but 19 & 71 plate and it got stolen while I was away twice, the security is not good on this car I suggest you get a ghost immobilizer

A brief but honest review considering you haven’t had it long, however I can’t believe that after 2 days you didn’t work out that the button on the door handle was to lock and unlock the car (if you have keyless, which you do)!

You’re so rude. 🤷‍♀️ I’m picking mine up in 2 weeks and these gentlemen were so helpful and I will be watching them again to remind me of different things they demonstrated. I had a car for one year and still couldn’t work out the Sat Nav but I’m just a stupid woman driver I can hear you say. So sorry this comment was for the gentleman above @aerofly2 but I put it here by mistake.

Please review other cars. The Dad n son works a treat...looking fwd to seeing more straight forward honest vids

Been thinking about the Sportage or the Qashqai, so thanks for the review. Shame about the sound issues but I still enjoyed the review and good luck with the channel. Could you do an update on it with information about the glass roof, does the camera come on automatically when reversing, can it park itself like the qashqai etc. Thanks again.

Yep I know the top of the line ones park themselves and can move with the fob when your outside of the car. I had a test drive of1a few weeks ago and the salesman showed me how to do it with the fob and a delivery man was dropping a package off and he turned around and said 'wait a minute is there no one in that car~how does it do that- wow I've never seen anything like that before and the salesman turned to me and said that he wasn't being paid to say that. Ordered mine and due in early October hopefully. Am siked and can't wait.

The review of the Kia Sportage GT line S is great, I am waiting for my 2024 Kia Sprtage GT S to arrive some time in June..

This father son review is adorable.

The trunk is kewl as can be closed from3different height levels for people who are tall to mid-size and then short people.

I'm looking forwards to mine arriving some time in the first half of next year. How long did you have to wait for yours?

I am buying this 1 day.

Got the gt line S petrol version and swapping for hybrid. Horrible mpg on the petrol.

Colour is Dark Penta Metal, button on the handle is for the keyless entry lock/unlock. If you are doing another driving review strongly suggest you explore the lane follow assist option (different to lane keep assist) as this makes the vehicle such a relaxing pleasure to drive.

Lane follow assist is very nice but it asks you to keep hand on steering every 1 minute.

@Musa Guz it’s EU directive, you have them to thank, they’re not allowed to to fully automate it further, yet. As the name suggests it’s a driving “assist” not a driving automate. I tend to rest my hands on my knees with just two fingers pinching the wheel and whenever it pings hands on the wheel you can just give it a tiny amount of input left or right which is enough to stop it. Still comfortable and barely any inconvenience.

Hello, I was made to understand it doesn't come with a spare wheel, but a tyre mobility/inflation kit is provided; please how does that work? Just a bit concerned about having flat tyre issues, how does that work?

My 2023 does have a spare tire. It is just the small temporary one to get you to where you can fix the real tire. But most cars come with this now (or no spare at all)

Not in any trim levels. Honestly for me, I test drove a vehicle with Heads up and did not like it..

I have to wait at least 5 months for my new Kia Sportage in Canada. Outrageous If you can’t supply vehicles on time, get out of the business Kia. There is a glut of auto chips in the world so what’s the problem now?

I would go for the 4WD version, even if I don’t need it.

These guys have not sat in so far MG Hs essence, by far the best value for ur money. I was buying Kia sportage but why the fuck should I pay $15k more for an average interior

Why don't you leave this whole review thing to someone who know what they are talking about, and actually did their due diligence on the vehicle and the specs before? You are quite unprepared about the whole thing, have no clue about what features are called exactly, your father calls the tyre a wheel, you are recording with a handheld phone and you don't even know the colour of your family car WTF could go on and on but this whole thing doesn't even worth writing this comment at the end.
