These are some things I do which have helped me attain skin without any acne and healthy all day. - Use a mild face wash that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

I enjoy the riceberry face wash, it's very lovely... It has an enjoyable fragrance, its face wash has a good texture, leaves the face smooth and fresh after use, simply loved it. Best face wash for dark spots, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone... Face wash for combination skin too of my sister... In a few days I can see the difference on my face... Thanks for this amazing thing.

Loved this video. It’s really informative and the information can be used right away. I had no idea benzoyl peroxide was a cheap product and that products with their active ingredients listed in the back were medicated ones. Thanks for the video, doc!

Cerave 2% acne gel is the most effective for acne control. Pricey at $20 but worth it. It works well regardless of cleanser you use!! Trust me.

Cetaphil makes a new salicylic body wash. It’s very inexpensive, it’s creamy, and not drying. I’m using it on my face and so far so good.

I was a bit miffed when you said not to use the CeraVe products I just re-stocked 😮. However, to be fair, I was just barely treading water with those, I just thought it was the best I could do. I purchased the new CeraVe products, the BP Acne Face wash and the salicylic acid treatment, and wow, game-changers. My acne is nearly gone. I even stopped using Noritate, which had stopped working anyway, after many years use. Thanks!

I am 30 and never had acne in my entire life not even when I was a teen but since April 2021 I've started having this HUGE acne going on all over my jawline and chin. I believe hormonal acne. Few months ago It faded but recently got back. So tired of it. I have the SA cleanser from Cerave but can't use it everyday since my skin gets sensitive and irritated after 2 days of using. I will definitely try the acne cleanser from Cerave. Fingers crossed 🤞 thanks Doc. 😊

I once heard an 'expert' claim that cleansers don't matter that much because they don't stay on the skin long enough to provide real results. From my experience, that isn't true, but I still don't understand how something I rinse off helps. I'm sure there's a scientific explanation. Also, great video. Super helpful.

Salicylic acid immediately starts working the second it hits your skin leaving it on for 1 to 3 minutes is sufficient enough to see results. However, it is a much slower process than a leave on treatment

Think about things you don't want on your skin, like household cleaners or strange bodily fluids or even permanent marker. Would you feel safe rubbing them into your skin as long as you could rinse them off? Some effects happen quickly!

To really help our budgets even more can you do some videos in store brands because some of the products you recommend are too expensive for many of us feeling the pinch of inflation these days. Stores like target and Walmart and cvs have a lot to choose from. Can you help point out the good store brands out there at truly budget prices? Thx.

I was just reading about that very thing. The advice I saw is that if you want to rid your skin of blackheads and whiteheads, go with salicylic. If the skin is more inflammed with pustules and cysts, go with benzoyl peroxide. Hope that helps

So true, this stuff ruins everything it comes into contact with! My son will just pulls a t-shirt over his head and now the neck is bleached splotchy, not cute. If he touches his faces and then his pants, bleached. It's not that he's walking around with a thick layer on his face either. Once applied, if he sweats or gets a little oily later it's enough to allow this stuff be easily transferred.

I would use it just targeted on the areas where you get acne. You shouldn't be using it as an all over facial cleanser esp around your eyes. I use the PanOxly after i do my normal facial cleansing, then I massage it into targeted areas where I get acne, then rinse with cool water. Hope this helps!
