@@rickycastro1877 excuse me sir, but you are wildly misinformed. Not only is the Telluride not the best selling large suv, it is behind the Toyota Highlander, 4Runner, Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Volkswagen Atlas, GMC Acadia, Chevrolets own Tahoe AND the Traverse all sold more than the Telluride. The Telluride is selling well, but 75,000 is a far cry from the 147,000 units Traverse moved in 2019 (the year the Telluride was introduced). So actually, more Americans are choosing the Traverse than the Telluride-and the odds are almost 2 to 1.

Exactly my thoughts. Just rented a 21' for a week n loved it. Big vehicle for it's class but not oversized like suburban. 6 foot - 250 & it was more that comfortable to drive and sit in for several hours. It's not a luxury SUV so I don't get all the negatives in the videos. It's a great truck, I'll be looking for a 22'

I just ordered the 2023 True North woth Blackout package. It may not be AS luxurious as some of the others, but I love the look and feel of the traverse, and its the only one that is big enough for 8 people, without having to go that extra step up to a tahoe etc. Which os a lot more expensive! Very excited!

I liked your smooth and descriptive audio along with sharp, edited video. The changes between the 2021 & 2022 model are not as drastic as the refresh of the 2017 models to the 2018 models. Most 3-row suv come up short on the rear cargo area but the Traverse has what appears to be almost double the space and also lots of leg room throughout. My number one choice so far.

I wouldn’t wait. The pricing is more competitive now for the 2021 and frankly there’s really no difference interior to match the exterior to justify the likely pricing increase Chevy will impose. The lease residuals are not great doubt Chevy will discount the 2022 as aggressive as the 2021.

It may be basic interior, i personally think that is all that a young or new driver needs while they get experience behind the wheel. Too much electronics or touch screen and it is too distracting for most drivers. The power output from the engine is enough to get a driver out of trouble yet not too much (a massive v8) to get new drivers (or inexperienced) into trouble. It may not be a Cadillac in styling, it does look like a good basic (with enough add ons) vehicle for most families with enough luggage space for a long trip.

@@davevolz6138 Nonsense. That isn't comparable. I can buy a smaller car in a different segment. Apples and oranges. It's worth noting though once you get up around 50k-65k things become muddled. You might as well buy the Enclave which is typically a cut above the Chevy. Cadillac XT6 on certain models or even a CPO with low miles would be another option (smaller platform though) or an Escalade ESV/Suburban/XL which can dip into that price point on CPO. I don't bring up the Tahoe/Escalade/Yukon as the Enclave and Traverse have better or about the same interior space, especially on the pre-2021 refresh models. You really need to move to the extended versions to get beyond the Traverse/Enclave. The Acadia and XT models from Cadillac are a smaller platform than the Traverse/Enclave. The real sticking point that isn't addressed as people focus on the top-tier models for some reason is the entry and mid-grade prices and features. The Traverse really leads the pack here as you're getting quite a bit of bang for the buck. None of the other brands seem to compare on interior space. Why take a chance on Kia/Hyundai warranties or reliability? Toyota and Honda are quite small and feel cramped if you're 6' and broad. Third-row options on most of them seem lacking.

@@davevolz6138 Dodge/FCA seems to be close in size with the Durango. They also offer an actual V8 too. That option (SRT/HC) blows the price up quite a bit and makes them not relevant in this segment. I don't think they can do up to eight-passenger and the seven-passenger might be iffy on the layout. I don't know how practical it is and many makes suffer in this segment with the small two-seat third row. German car experience personally has been bad with VW specifically. I'm planning on checking out the Audi Q7 though. I have to catch up on all the VW versions it's been a while. FWIW I need seven-passenger or more.
