Chinese wallpapers size is 0.53 X 10m & Korean wallpapers 1 roll size is 1.06 X 5.2m both of them have a total area of 57 sq ft & cover 50 sq ft carpet area on the wall after deducting wastage

When we stick these wall papers on a painted wall. Does removing it damages the underlying paint on wall???
