Make sure you use the correct scoreboard that's gonna be displayed on the right

If I did it when I don't have money then it makes my money -100 and still gives the item

Make the chain command blocks (Blue Ones) conditional. Due to it being unconditional, it allows the block to be activated even though if the last command block wasn't

/give @p diamond 2

It keeps on saying score is in range with 100 1000

For the test it says cash is not in range but it still gives the item

Make sure you make the objective of the money. Check if it's spelled correctly or if you forgot to create it. You can just replay the portion of the video
