视频中中说用微波炉代替来烤鱼，你烤来试试，一点基本知识都不具备

看片圖畫就是錯，云吞面說是廣東，但精於香港，云大呑面主要是湯/面/云吞，求的是湯清/面筋道/云吞鲜，缺一不可，一碗好的云吞面是先食面/再喝湯/再食云吞，因为面不能在湯中過久，否则变味，湯也会变混濁，云呑以鲜虾為主，調味靠虾子，肥豬肉是配角，不能喧賓奪主，但香港以外的地方，因控制成本以豬肉為主，味精代替虾子，结果色/香/味变質，不過近十多年香港云呑面也每况愈下，也变成歴史了。
