看片圖畫就是錯,云吞面說是廣東,但精於香港,云大呑面主要是湯/面/云吞,求的是湯清/面筋道/云吞鲜,缺一不可,一碗好的云吞面是先食面/再喝湯/再食云吞,因为面不能在湯中過久,否则变味,湯也会变混濁,云呑以鲜虾為主,調味靠虾子,肥豬肉是配角,不能喧賓奪主,但香港以外的地方,因控制成本以豬肉為主,味精代替虾子,结果色/香/味变質,不過近十多年香港云呑面也每况愈下,也变成歴史了。
