If you want it with lesser speed you can go to the settings icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and click on 'playback speed' and choose 0.5 speed or even lesser For the drawings I paused the video when she puts the cloth in the hoop placed my cloth and traced over it because the cloth is see through you can see the drawing below Hope this helps!
