my mother minces those exoskeleton of the shrimps after a nice wash and then mixes with some spices and green chilli paste and then fry it in some mustard oil .... thus it becomes like a blackish paste like substance which we eat with steamed hot white rice....and to be true that's absolutely delicious.....
