Tried your recipe today. I didn't do that pressure cooker part And add more tomatoes And adjusted the spices Accordingly.. It turned out great with good amount of gravy.. So easy and quick recipe. Thank you so much 🥰.

I just added according to my taste. If you have confusion then you can add 1 tsp in 1/2 kg chicken. Later just taste it and add a little bit more what ever you think is Missing.

After a long time the receipe as like a chef and restaurant style. Cutting chicken was unnecessary as commonly usually no one does it at home,, It is an excellent perfect receipe.

Sometimes people ( Muslims) in foreign countries have to cut chicken. In KSA , it’s prohibited to give skinning and cutting services of chicken. You either buy whole chicken , or boneless chicken plates or extra ordinary big chicken pieces with skin especially in smaller cities. So people have no other choice but to cut a whole chicken to make it look like a good handi .
