Absolutely love this drill. Brad Stevens is such an underrated coach. Building resolve, mental toughness, confidence and muscle memory.
The best part is the net that forces you to check your arc.

how should i do this without the net and gun machine. I need 3 players. use 6 total , 3 at each hoop. i love to help my players improve
Actually Mike, every NBA team has The Gun and the best shooters in the world use it. You can see video on KZread of Steph Curry using it as well as at Lebron James home in Akron. What you find out when shooting on it after about 20 shots, you don't even see the net. Give us a call at 800 294 4654 if you have questions.
