Just as long as they are aware or conscious (actually be silent and still for a moment which very few people can do these days) and then think about the pros and cons In the case of cousins choosing NOT to have children: Pros: You get to be with your cousin! Go on dates, form relationships and maybe even marry each other and live happily (ever after?) Cons: Social stigma or criticism from others. (Family members/parents, friends, ppl at work, basically ppl close to you) From your own family members, your own parents may or may not approve of this. Imagine your own mother or father in disapproval of this! The others’ family members/parents may not approve either. This will hurt especially if one’s bond (or attachment) with parents or other family members is strong… and being cousins well it’s basically the same family! As long as both cousins are aware and conscious of this choice, to be together even without having children, they should think and prepare about the possible social cons that this may have. Would they be able to withstand “social pressure” or criticism from others, especially family members? That is the only pros and cons I can think of. Even science says that every action has an equal, positive or negative reaction. Really think before you take action, about the possibilities of any action you take, especially around “sensitive” topics. But don’t overthink/hesitate. Take responsibility if something undesirable happens due to the actions you (hopefully aware and consciously) take.

No, it's not the dating part, but sticking your schlong in their hoo-haa, might result in funny looking kids, especially if it's your first cousin. Unless you use a condom, then I say go for it if you want, but my cousins weren't that attractive, so for me it was luckily not something I had to deal with, and we weren't really close, either. But I can understand the problem, if you're young, and your cousin is HOT, that these things can happen.
