I'm just in the dark as you. Remember I did say that I am not the author of it or involved in the drafting of it. All I did was to bring awareness of it and encouraged everyone to sign it. However, the time I heard, it was taken to a lawyer to make some amendments, particularly concerning the structure of it and then send it to JSC. As to where it is right now, I have no idea.
