i loved the phillipines. i worked in dubai for years ad would go there on vacation up until about 2015. can anyone advise. do you see personnel (US) more there on R/R from the military.? i think Subic Bay opened partly to the US navy. in 2015 a would see few. very, very few walking around. like the 60s and 70s the majority walking around were them. not that i am sure but are they are they there in numbers.

That's not busy, that is what is called Dead. It used to be busy twenty years ago, every bar was full or almost full. But along came the Korean and bit by bit each year less and less came to walking st.
