Thanks for the video! ❤ stay safe! I hope Manila city hall can improve the atmosphere, the infra, the old buildings, lack of street lighting, and safety of the Recto area. So many have been held-up or "nadukutan" there, especially commuters. Manila is our country's capital, it should be the most developed, cleanest and safest city in the entire country. I hope someone from city hall or even Mayora herself can see this so they can work to make Manila become the pride of the Philippines again 🙏
One of the busiest places in Manila is Recto & Avenida.
