This time on Busted Knuckle Builds we are showing off our latest turnkey rock bouncer build. Delroy called us all the way from Canada and needed a Rock bouncing buggy built to handle their snowy weather. We started with our Vision Rock Bouncer Chassis and added all the performance goodies with a 427 LS Stroker motor and Rear Steer. They needed huge tires so we threw on the biggest tires we have ever put on a rock bouncer with these 47 LTB Stickies. After that we added the creature comforts of doors, heated seats, backup camera, and rear receiver hitch/winch hookup. We can't wait to see this Busted Knuckle Rock Bouncer Build throttling through the snow so stay tuned for that. Stay tuned as we aim to prove that Busted Knuckle Off Road is one of the best Rock Bouncer Builders in the World.

Awesome build. Awesome company. The main thing that always gets me with these builds is designing things that are practical. Things that aren't on anything else that you can always use and helps. The things you always say "why couldn't they just put this there or make this that way" and you end up having to rig something yourself. You guys definitely do that for your customers.

I'm NOT a HUGE Chevrolet fan at all BUT the LS platform is so so sooooooo damn good for these builds an hell it's good on any build!!!! Chevrolet knocked it out of the park with that platform. Now ONLY if they could get their transmissions to hold up in their vehicles!!!!

He must be in more of the northern part of Saskatchewan. There’s shit all south lol. Great build however I have a question is there a possible way to integrate a heater core and blower motor? Saskatchewan hits -40 in the winter, heated seats are one thing, windshield is another but a heater core and blower motor would be vital for winter wheeling in the prairies

I’m sure it is possible. Can always reverse the engine fan to blow into the cab also.

This is a Vision chassis. 4 seater will be the new chassis so 3 to choose from in 2023.

A bolted on hood, but made sure to do a rzr quick release style windshield? What's the point my guy? 27gallon Tank for it to he filled once & sit for a year

Because you won't need to remove the hood on the trail but the windshield you might. 27 gallon tank so you can ride a lot before having to fill up again. Snow wheeling sucks the gas. The point is for the client to get the best buggy he could buy and that is what we delivered my guy.
Matt/Jake If I was to have a buggy built, would it come with a title so I can get it registered for street legal purposes?
