Aisa generally nahi hota ki 10 marks ka question 5 marks ko aa jaye. But in case aisa hoga bhi to bhi aapko saare points likhne hain. Agar aisa hota hain to ICAI khud bolta hain write any 5 points,etc.

LLP answer body corporate and artificial person doesnt match suggested answer .Those are two different point given in module .How marks are awarded

Montex - Rs.10 can be a good choice. I used it for my entire CA curriculum’s exams. Whatever pen you use, remember, use it from day one, use it during your practice, your mocks, your rough works. Make that pen your muscles memory. It drastically improves speed and handwriting.

Roj 10-15 questions likhna shuru karo. 5 days main difference dikhega.

Are lekin First Question ( Doctrine of Privity of Contract ke one of the exception - Covenant Running with land PE bass hai. To fir Consideration tho fir....😂

Please guide me ki kya mein offline lun coaching ya self study online..... Mujhe ye lagta hain ki mein self study se jyada time khud study kar paunga . Offline jaunga toh edhar udhar time waste hojaynga. But khud padhne jata hun to confidence nahi aaraha. PLEASE GUIDE.

If you are preparing for Rank then section number likhna is must. But if you just want to clear the exams then no need of section at all. Maine apne koi bhi exam main section number nahi likhe the and fir bhi I got exemption in law at all levels.
