Most there are very respectful of it. But, like any town or city that has a lot of people, there's always at least one who isn't.

The corner Gindaco takoyaki restaurant [36:00] is the _Lost in Translation_ (2003) location where Bob Harris (Murray) exits the green Taxi 5705 to meet Charlotte (Johansson) at Orange nightclub, which unbeknownst to either, is actually a strip club. The pedestrian flyover bridge that the NWT cameraperson walks over is obviously the location where the _Lost in Translation_ cameraperson used to take the evening shot. Back then, the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line was uncovered and open as it crossed over the street. As _Lost in Translation_ was filmed in autumn 2002, this was far long before Shibuya Sky opened this month, November 2019. For better or worse, Shibuya today is far more Westernised compared to what it was at the turn of the new millennium.
