Dynamics in play that affect profit are many. Take this game as real bus managent service challenge. Take down pen paper and start doing calculation. There are lot of maths. 1. Cost of bus and fuel consumption. So before u start buying bus, consider fuel cost in long run and initial cost first time. How long you plan to run d bus to recover the buying cost. Cuz one starts with low end and ends on high end buses. Too many low end buses not recommended to be mixed with high end as profit maximization on route will be hindered. 2. Keeping bus of different comfort level on same route and same price doesnot yield maximum profit. 3. Doing short runs is d dumbest idea as in each run toll tax, fuel and driver cost included. Eventually 10 short runs will yield less profit than 5 long runs. Remember this is game of needs to be played like bus company owner with 30 fleet not who is fastest driver. If u keep on driving too much that means u r not investing in assets. 4. Route selection and choice of bus for that route calculation. 5. Route selection and choice of bus and bus driver selection calculation. 6. Profit generated on individual routes based on what bus and what driver driving the bus should be tracked. 4. Maintaining consistency of profit on a particular routes for particular driver and particular bus. Checking periodically how long consistency lasts and if the time period of such consistency is applicable to all other routes. This will help to understand when to watch out for significant price change by competitors. As it is not humanely possible to assign price to 30 routes with 100 of intermittent prices. 5. How to price different stoppage in long distance routes. A to B to C. Total cost of A to B and B to C can be more than just A to C. Just like in train.Break journey cost more. 6. Don't start buying new terminals, first fill quota in present terminals so that it has max number of busses and max passengers that can be handled. Buying new terminals includes cost and not using all bus bays of a terminal results on oppurtunity loss or in other words money invested but not giving immidiate returns. 7. Increasing number of bus in same route can increases profit maximization through volume utilisation and low price. Meaning very comfy large full service bus at near average price will see full booking almost all time. 8. Using low end busses for short route and only high end busses for long routes. People prefer comfy full service bus for long route duration than small distance routes. 9.Lastly buy used car as thankfully none includes extra maintenance and run down cost. 10. Cutting down on catering service not recommended as it involves customer satisfaction and downgrading it may result in less popularity among passengers. Passengers may prefer other good service providers. Your demand plummets, do does ur profitability. All this logic may be all crap and bulllllshit. I have followed exactly what I have said and yes I see results. 1. Consistent profit. 2. No underutilization of assets But I have just started the game 1 week back. I have very low ranking and don't do multiplayer. My satisfaction is gaining profit through right application of logic and strategy rather than to be on leaderboards.

I usually use cruise control on this game, I travel at 60 kph on side roads, 30kph at the stations, and 80kph on the free way

I have never played this simulator before and I am about to uninstall it 😕 none of the controls were explained beforehand and I've never driven an actual car before. So not only was that a huge hurdle for me, but the sound doesn't work, catering and steering also doesn't seem to be working. Maybe it's I who need to upgrade the bus I don't know. But it might be that my phone doesn't work great with the game. Anyways, yeah I try to stick to some of these speed restrictions as well.
