I was shocked to see this in my neighbourhood in Alexandra, JHB. I witnessed a 53 year old man with a 13 year old around 3am. I can assure you they weren't reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

This turned my stomach, made me sick to my core. This MUST stop. Alternative means of subsistance must be created ASAP

The funding is sadly stolen through fraud and corruption. It hardly ever trickles down to its intended target

No one for sure wants to be a snitch...this is a serious problem as realized on the video, the kids have nothing to do ( sports, activities or whatever ) and most of the parents or adults in town know about the issue even the police as the other guy said...
