BURT WAS AWESOME!

I owned a 1974 red super duty 455 back in the 70's, the fastest car at over 500 HP stock , and I also owned the turbo Trans Am pace car back in the 80's. It was the slowest car on 4 wheels, HP around 200 ,but it was the car that got the most attention . The turbo was the most beautiful.

A bone stock low compression 455sd would no way make over 500hp. The potential is definitely there, same goes for just about every muscle car engine back in the day. A stock factory built 455sd is maybe 380-390 at the crank fully dialed in

Burt really helped out Pontiac !!!!

He's up there with Caretaker, Snowman and Buford T. Justice. And you bet they're drinkin', smokin' and afussin, having a great ol' time!!😉👍

@Squirmin Herman the one eyed German... I'm sure he had many cars. It just seems like a huge coincidence that, after all these years, he starts selling off all his prize possessions just before he died.

@Squirmin Herman the one eyed German He had lost his big Ranch House in Florida, a neighbor he befriended bought it for over 3 million. The neighbor let him continue to live there for low rent . His divorce wiped him out financially.

I’m confused Bert sent Danny counts kustoms those cars before the auction and he according to Danny he past away the day before he sent them to Danny but he’s at the auction can someone explain how Bert’s there if he’s dead

The 2 cars in the Counts Customs show. (I had to check.) are not the same. . The red ones are a trans am and a formula firebird : so definitely different cars. The black trans am is a 1977 and he probably owned several of those?

The dash n interior are red not black makes me wonder if the exterior paint was red also ?

No. You could order a Black SE with other interior colors besides black. Many were black or tan, but red and white were also possible too, among other possibilities (even if they are mismatched).

Only for 52k duuude u can buy a regular 1 for that much lmao
