thanks. just opened mine up while waiting for a replacement. it appears my brush has disappeared haha. 2 week old motor in a crawler

no bearings ? my front brass bushing is so oval it is acting like a 1 way bearing , grinding away while coasting or reversing, pulled to a smooth operation while going forward .

My new 12 turn, just purchased in 2020, a Traxxas motor appears to have copper brushes and not the carbon anymore. Can anyone confirm?

It seems he already removed those plastic tabs before the video. That is what I came here to find out, how to get those plastic tabs off so this video is all but worthless.
